Medibank in Rockingham is seeking a Local Community Specialist to deliver personalised support across in-store, phone, messaging and community channels. You will build trusted relationships, contribute local insights, and support member growth, while modelling privacy, accuracy and care in every interaction.
This role offers versatile in-store, home and community-based working, with a rotating roster and hours spanning 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work.
