Site Supervisor
for an immediate opportunity supporting major water infrastructure capital works projects in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Our client is delivering pipeline capital works projects and is looking for a skilled supervisor with proven experience overseeing
water capital works and pipeline construction
. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor looking for a long-term project opportunity, with the initial requirement through to the end of the year and potential for extension.

Competitive remuneration based on experience
Estimated salary range:
$140,000 - $160,000
Potential temp to perm opportunity
Projects based in Melbourne's northern suburbs
Chance to work on major water infrastructure capital works projects
What you'll be doing:
Supervising pipeline and water infrastructure capital works projects
Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
Coordinating site crews, subcontractors and project resources
Ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications,



quality standards and safety requirements
Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and supporting project delivery
Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders
What you need:
Proven experience as a
Site Supervisor
within water infrastructure or pipeline construction
Strong background in
water capital works projects
Experience supervising pipeline projects
Ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site operations effectively
Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of site delivery
