Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding portfolio of storage facilities. We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Facility Support Officer opportunities available across Melbourne CBD and Inner Melbourne locations.
About the Role
As a Facility Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, administration, and facility presentation, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Wilson Storage.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
Support sales activities and contribute to facility performance targets
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility, including Business Hub services
Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks
Maintain high presentation standards across the facility
Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses




Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers
Skills & Experience
We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:
Customer service
Retail and sales
Bulky goods retail
Logistics and warehousing
Self-storage operations
Small business administration
You will also possess:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
