Hume Anglican Grammar in Melbourne seeks a HR Business Partner to lead workforce planning, people analytics, and HR systems across campuses. The role supports the Director of Human Resources and partners with the Senior Leadership Team to plan growth, workforce sustainability, and operational effectiveness.
This senior, full-time position (1.0 FTE) or part time (0.8 FTE negotiable) starts 2 November ****, with six weeks of paid annual leave. Strong data analysis and confidentiality are essential.
