Maintain a steady presence at client sites through scheduled visits
Fill client job orders efficiently, often at high volume




Create rosters for casual employees and manage them against client requirements
Deliver high-quality customer service by managing accounts and liaising with clients proactively
Oversee on-boarding, performance management and terminations for placed employees
Resolve employee concerns about payroll and work health and safety (WHS)
Grow strong relationships with clients and casual employees, and encourage a positive, collaborative team culture
Take care of administrative tasks that keep operations running
Experience in sales or in customer relationship management is highly desirable
