GO Markets is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to maintain corporate technology across onsite and remote staff in Melbourne. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and access issues, taking ownership from initial investigation through resolution or escalation.
Under the Corporate IT Team Leader, you'll administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, maintain workplace technology and contribute to security initiatives and system improvements.
