HYPOXI Wellness, Weightloss and Sales Consultant
to join our team!
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for supporting women on their health, wellness and weight loss journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, female-focused community where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the role:
HYPOXI is a globally recognised and scientifically proven low-impact exercise method, which is up to 3 times more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional fitness routines, and significantly reduces cellulite.
The revolutionary training method combines vacuum and compression technology with exercise and nutrition for targeted centimeter loss.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting HYPOXI consultations, trials and personalised program recommendations.
- Building genuine relationships with clients, understanding their goals and supporting their progress
- Confidently presenting HYPOXI membership options and converting enquiries into new clients
- Proactively following up leads and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Delivering qualified, attentive HYPOXI sessions in accordance with extablished procedures and protocols
- Maintaining accurate client records,



measurements and progress tracking
- Supporting client retention through regular communication, encouragement and outstanding service
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional studio environment
About you:
You're a hands-on woman with a positive, can-do attitude and natural empathy.
No HYPOXI experience required - full training and support provided for HYPOXI certification.
Driven by achieving results for clients, yourself and the company.
You can identify sales and marketing opportunities with your creative sales skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a high level of maturity.
Proven track record working with sales KPIs and monthly targets.
Available for a combination of shifts including 6am starts, evenings and Saturdays.
