SA Health in Adelaide CBD invites applications for a Senior Pharmacist – Team Leader Renal. This part time role (0.4 FTE) leads a pharmacy team delivering renal, specialty medicine and vascular services within a major public health network.
You will mentor staff, drive medication management and engage with clinicians to improve patient care. As Senior Pharmacist, you will work with medical and nursing teams in a large renal unit providing nephrology, dialysis and transplantation services,
