SHAPE Australia is seeking a Site Foreman for our Melbourne team to lead complex fitout and refurbishment projects on busy live sites. You will manage safety, coordination of subcontractors and build programmes with the Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
The role requires a trade qualification, site experience in commercial fitout or refurbishment, and a team-oriented, proactive approach to safety and teamwork on site.
