As Store Manager, you'll lead a workshop team at a busy, well-established automotive service centre in Perth's northern suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact shows in your team's performance and results on the scoreboard. You'll have the support and autonomy to make a real difference.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets
Build robust, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients
Promote products and services with confidence and integrity
Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming
Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to
About you
3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar
A hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive




Current WA driver's licence
Available Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm and every second Saturday 8.00am - *****pm
Market-leading salary of $95K - $110K + super + performance bonuses
