NSW Health is seeking a Health Education Officer Graduate for the Nowra Community Health Centre. You will contribute to improving health and well-being of young people aged ***** at risk of homelessness by delivering direct clinical care, health promotion and community development activities.
The role requires relevant tertiary qualifications in health promotion or related fields, a NSW driver's licence and WWCC compliance. This is a permanent full time position within ISLHD.
