Due to continued national growth, Harrison McMillan is looking for an experienced recruiter to jointhehighperforming Recruitment Services team and take ownership of one of our established Corporate Services recruitment desks.
Thisisn'ta cold desk.
You'llinherit an established portfolio already generating more than $30,000 per month in revenuewith thesupportof adedicatedrecruiter, along with existing contractors, active clients, livevacanciesand long-standing relationships. It gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running from day one while continuing to grow an already successful desk.
Recruiting across Finance & Accounting, Business Support,EA/ PA,Procurement, Marketing,Policyand Safety,you'llpartner with clients to deliver both permanent and contract recruitment, becoming a trusted advisor rather than simply filling jobs.
This role suits someone who enjoys the pace and energy of agency recruitment but wants the backing of a collaborative team, qualityclientsand genuine long-term opportunities.

You're an experienced agency recruiter who genuinely loves recruitment.
