Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Lead for Green Hills Residential Care, East Maitland. In this full time role (38 hours/week), you will develop and lead meaningful activities that enhance residents' wellbeing and quality of life, drawing on a coach-like style to empower staff and volunteers.
You will collaborate across teams, connect with community groups and tailor programs to residents' preferences, supporting a compassionate, inclusive living environment
