The Opportunity
As a
New Vehicle Sales Consultant
, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to delivery.
You will:
Convert enquiries into genuine sales opportunities
Showcase and demonstrate an exciting range of new vehicles
Conduct skilled vehicle presentations and test drives
Build strong relationships and understand individual customer needs
Proactively follow up leads and maximise every sales opportunity
Negotiate confidently and close deals
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers
Work closely with Finance & Insurance and dealership leadership
Consistently work towards individual and dealership sales targets
Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who bring

Ideally, you will have:
Proven sales experience, with automotive dealership experience highly regarded
A strong track record of achieving sales targets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills




Confidence in developing relationships and asking for the sale
Strong follow-up skills and the discipline to manage a sales pipeline
A professional presentation and positive attitude
High levels of motivation, resilience and accountability
Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
A current driver's licence
