Sales & Marketing Assistant – AI Software Company
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets. We develop innovative AI-powered software solutions that help businesses automate operations, reduce costs, improve productivity and increase profitability.
Key responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and digital channels
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers
Conduct professional software demonstrations and sales presentations
Develop and execute effective B2B sales and marketing strategies
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and closing
Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Manage CRM pipelines, sales forecasts and performance reporting
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Identify new markets and business growth opportunities
About you
Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, AI or technology




Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and customer acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to sell software solutions to business owners and decision-makers
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales conversion strategies
Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently
Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
Experience selling AI software, healthcare technology or SaaS subscriptions will be highly regarded
