Our focus is in delivering an excellent patient experience, service delivery and responsive patient and referrer support.About the RoleWe are seeking two Medical Receptionist / Radiology Receptionists to join our new clinic within the South-East.
One full time receptionist and one casual receptionist (availability of 3 days per week- with the option of additional hours)- Saturday availability preferred.This is a frontline position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, can manage competing priorities, and delivers exceptional patient service.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient check-in, registration, and front desk managementAppointment scheduling across multiple imaging modalitiesManaging high-volume inbound calls and enquiriesProcessing Medicare, DVA,



and private billingHandling payments and daily reconciliationMaintaining accurate patient records (RIS/PACS systems)Liaising with radiologists, radiographers, and sonographersSupporting productive clinic workflow and patient throughputSkills & ExperienceMedical Receptionist / Healthcare Administration experience desirable but not essentialRadiology or Diagnostic Imaging experience (desirable but not essential)Multilingual desirable (not essential)Experience with Medicare billing, and patient claimingFamiliarity with RIS/PACS systemsStrong customer service and patient care skillsExcellent communication and phone mannerHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced medical environmentWhat We OfferWork with a growing, clinician-led organisationSupportive, team-focused cultureOngoing training and developmentCareer progression opportunities as we expandStable, long-term role in the healthcare industry
