PERSOL is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a 12-month casual assignment with an established business in the concrete industry.This hands-on role leads a busy customer service team, coordinates with schedulers to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service.The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a demanding customer service setting, strong communication, data-entry accuracy and local geography knowledge.
