Mon to Fri - Part-Time - Customer Service AssistantWe are looking for a motivated, detail oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team at our head office in Altona North.
This role combines customer service, order management and administration, and is perfect for someone who loves helping people and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
This is a part time role, Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm with a 30 minute break, totalling 22.5 hours per week.Key responsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer and store enquiries via phone, email and live chatResolve issues and customer feedback, following each enquiry through to completionSupport corporate clients with their orders and requirementsProcess, finalise and manage orders accurately using Shopify and GorgiasUpdate product listings within ShopifyTrack drivers, monitor delivery schedules and keep customers and internal teams updated on any delaysMaintain calendar entries related to orders and logisticsLiaise with the bakery team to ensure orders are accurateAssist with packing, quality checking and dispatch during peak periods, using safe manual handling techniquesPlace and manage recurring supply orders for the office,
