We're looking for two passionate and compassionate Carers to join our team at Chipping Norton Village on a casual basis.

What you'll do
As a Carer, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, comfort and independence.
Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and alongside the wider care team, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care that respects each resident's individual needs, choices and preferences.
Your day-to‐day will include:
Providing personal care and daily living support in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Supporting residents with their meals, including serving food and assisting with feeding when required.
Encouraging residents to participate in activities and maintain their independence.
Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, their families and fellow team members.
Recognising and respecting each resident's individual needs, preferences and choices.
Contributing to a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
What you'll bring
A Certificate III in Aged Care or an equivalent qualification.




Experience working in an aged care or community health setting.
An understanding of dementia care and the needs of older people.
Knowledge of person-centred care and a commitment to respecting residents' dignity, choices and individuality.
A caring, patient and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
The ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a versatile team environment.
Intermediate computer literacy.
A commitment to delivering safe, respectful and high-quality care.
