TheRole
We are seeking an AdmissionsConsultant to join our Admissions team within CommunityEngag ement.
This 2yearfixed-term, full-time role supports enrolments across ourcampuses.
The successful candidate will beproactive and team-oriented, with excellent communication skillsand the ability to build trusted relationships with families andcolleagues.
Bringing warmth, sound judgement and attention todetail, you will help families feel welcomed, informed andsupported throughout their enrolmentjourney.
In this role, youwill:
Respond to enrolment enquirieswith timely, personalised advice and proactivefollow-up.
Support engaging school toursand student interviews, showcasing the School's programs andlearning opportunities.
Coordinate communications withprospective and confirmed families, supporting a smoothhandover to campus teams.
Process enrolment applicationsand manage waitlists in line with the School's EnrolmentPolicy.
Maintain accurate admissionsrecords and provide timely updates to support enrolmentplanning and reporting.
Support compliance reporting,including overseas student data entry in PRISMS asrequired.
Contribute to processimprovements that enhance the enrolment experience for familiesand staff.

To be successful in this roleyou will bring:
Proven experience in admissionsor sales, ideally within an educational or multi-campusenvironment, with knowledge of admissions processes anddatabases.




Excellent customer service andcommunication skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships and handle sensitive informationconfidentially.
Strong organisational,analytical and data management skills, with attention to detailand the ability to manage high volumes ofinformation.
A proactive, collaborativeapproach, with the ability to work autonomously and contributeto process improvements.
Knowledge of internationalstudent recruitment and CRICOSrequirements.
Hold a current EmploymentWorking With Children Check
