The Opportunity




Lead a team where people come first and your success is measured by the growth of your people and the difference you make together.
You'll
supporting up to 8 consultants
to deliver quality rehabilitation services.
Depending on your team's size, you'll will balance leadership with some billable work or focus entirely on leading and developing your people, Your Choice!
Lead, coach and mentor consultants across psychological, physical, same and new employer services.
Support consultants with return to work cases.
Conduct quality reviews and provide performance support.
Build strong employer, insurer and stakeholder relationships.
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
Drive consistency, service quality and positive client outcomes.
Contribute to service improvements and team growth.
About You
You lead with empathy, communicate confidently and enjoy helping others grow.
You're either a Team Leader seeking a supportive, values driven culture or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadership.
Ideally 5+ years' occupational rehabilitation experience.
Solid experience across New Employer and Same Employer services.
Leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
A proactive approach to finding solutions.
Relevant registration with
AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
