We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as aSection Waiter at Kid Kyoto.Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.Resolve guests' complaints in a timely and qualified manner.Perform all other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous experience as a section waiter required.Excellent customer service skills required.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to work as part of a team.Must be able to carry 3 platesMust possess a valid state alcohol certification.
