Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse (Pediatric Complex Care)

The Role: Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse
Deliver comprehensive clinical support, including airway management via tracheostomy and invasive ventilation.
Perform tracheostomy suctioning in accordance with clinical care plans and prescribed procedures.
Administer enteral feeding via a PEG tube and monitor for tolerance and wellbeing.
Provide personal care and activities of daily living.
Facilitate and support communication, play, social interaction, and meaningful engagement with a young child.
Assist with safe manual handling,



positioning, repositioning, and transfers in line with manual handling protocols.
Administer medications in accordance with prescribed treatment plans and organisational policies.
Provide basic household assistance to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or Enrolled Nurse qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
Current manual handling and medication administration certification
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Right to work in Australia
Driver Licence and Comprehensive Insurance
