About the Role
As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety.
Your duties will include:
Preparing and mixing doughs and battersProducing breads, rolls,



pastries and other bakery productsMeasuring and preparing ingredients accuratelyOperating and monitoring bakery equipmentFollowing recipes and production requirementsEnsuring products are baked to a high standardMaintaining a clean and organised work areaFollowing food safety and workplace health and safety proceduresAssisting with daily bakery productionWorking effectively as part of a team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has commercial baking experienceHas strong knowledge of baking techniques and processesTakes pride in producing quality productsIs reliable, punctual and hardworkingCan comfortably work early morning shiftsWorks well independently and as part of a teamHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicUnderstands food safety and hygiene requirements
