Carrington Centennial Care is seeking a compassionate Home Care Employee to support older people to live independently in their own homes.
Provide person-centred in-home care and domestic tasks in line with individual care plans under SaH and CHSP, servicing the Macarthur and Wollondilly regions.We offer part time roles within 6:00am–8:00pm rosters, school-hours friendly, and a growing not-for-profit team committed to wellbeing, quality care, and best practice.
