Hearing Australia is seeking a Centre Manager to lead multiple Gippsland centres such as Traralgon, Moe, Sale and Bairnsdale.
You'll drive day‐to‐day operations, sales, planning and reporting while delivering quality hearing care to diverse clients.
You will oversee people management, coach staff, implement local marketing, manage product flows, ensure safety and service standards, and build relationships with GPs, referrers and teachers to improve client throughput.
