G.J. Gardner Homes Coffs Harbour is seeking a motivated, Full-Time New Homes Consultant to join our growing team.
Co-owned and led by Rick, a 5th-generation builder, and Susan, our business has been delivering quality homes across the Coffs Harbour region with G.J. Gardner for 20 years.
Built on honesty, transparency, and fixed-price contracts, we guarantee our clients an on-time and on-budget build.
Due to local growth, this newly created role works alongside an established team of consultants, operating standard 9:00am to 5:00pm shifts across our Coffs Harbour office and display home.

What You'll Be Doing
Customer Engagement & Quoting:
Guide prospective buyers through custom and plan-based designs,



preparing complete and accurate quotes.
Lead Nurturing & Prospecting:
Rapidly respond to inbound enquiries, systematically follow up prospects, and self-generate new leads.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain client records and track sales progress using Google Workspace and our CRM.
Office & Display Presence:
Split your time between our Coffs Harbour office and display home on a 3–4 week rotating schedule.
What You'll Bring
Sales DNA:
You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding clients through a structured sales process.
Strong Communication & Presentation:
A customer-first approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Organisation & Detail:
High motivation with the ability to manage quotes and client files accurately.
