Multicultural NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to provide on-site support at John Maddison Tower and other Sydney Metro court locations.
You will coordinate interpreters, liaise with court staff, and ensure smooth service delivery in a busy workplace.
You will build relationships with interpreters and stakeholders, resolve issues, monitor outcomes and handle inquiries with professionalism, contributing to access to justice for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
