Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking a motivated Primary Health Team Leader to oversee the Psychological Therapies for Underserviced Populations Program across Bathurst, Orange and the surrounding region.
You will work with the Implementation Lead on service rollout, governance and workforce readiness to ensure a smooth start.
You will provide clinical leadership, supervise multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes while meeting contractual requirements.
