RT Health is seeking a Member Services Consultant to join our Contact Centre team in Sydney.
You will be the first point of contact for members, handling queries about membership, payments and claims, delivering outstanding service in a hybrid role based in the Sydney CBD.
The role is permanent, full time with hours 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will work to maintain knowledge of products and health insurance rules to ensure a quality customer experience.
