The BUSY School in Cairns invites applications for a full time Case Management and Wellbeing Support role.
Based at Cairns Campus, you will work with vulnerable and disengaged young people, coordinating services with families, school staff and external providers to boost attendance and student success.
You will lead case plans, monitor wellbeing goals and provide classroom and small-group support, helping students re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
