Linfox in Port Kembla NSW is seeking an AM Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day transport movements and ensure safe, efficient delivery outcomes across the contract.
The role runs on a 4 on 4 off roster, 5am–5pm, offering a solid work-life balance while developing leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.
You will oversee shift planning, driver management, compliance and safety, partnering with customers and subcontractors to maintain performance.
