Campaspe Shire Council seeks an accomplished Operations Lead to steer Works and Parks & Gardens across the shire.
You will manage about 100 staff, contractors and a $20 million budget, delivering maintenance programs aligned with budgets and priorities.
This role focuses on consolidating systems, strengthening Parks & Gardens leadership, mentoring frontline supervisors and shaping direction for the next 6 to 24 months.
A tertiary qualification and solid safety leadership are essential.
