The role is part-time, Tue-Thu, designing and delivering wellbeing programs to engage residents and support independence.
You'll collaborate with residents, committees and care teams, coordinate activities, support dementia and mobility needs, and build relationships with community groups, contributing to a warm, connected village workplace.
