An established residential aged care provider in Sydney needs a Registered Nurse who can take charge of clinical care and lead its care staff.
The employer is looking for someone experienced and caring, able to keep standards high under the Aged Care Quality Standards while keeping the warm, person-focused culture the home is known for.
Employer sponsorship through the 482 or 494 visa is open to eligible candidates who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.
The home is recruiting onshore only: applicants must currently live in Australia and hold current AHPRA registration.

Carry out nursing assessments and plan, implement and evaluate resident care
Manage medication rounds and track the health and wellbeing of residents
Work alongside the multidisciplinary team on individualised care plans




Provide clinical leadership, direction and support to nurses and carers
Uphold relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies
Keep communication open with residents, their families and the broader team
Bring person-centred care into daily practice
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
Must currently reside in Australia (essential)
Significant experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting, a minimum of 1 year
Robust clinical skills in caring for older adults with diverse health needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate, person-centred approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
