Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to a busy team
Manage correspondence, records and documentation
Coordinate meetings, calendars and stakeholder communications
Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation
Maintain accurate data and systems records
Assist with contract and commercial administration activities
About You
Previous experience in an administration or business support role




Robust organisational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Professional and customer-focused approach
