Chevron Australia Downstream, Brisbane Head Office, seeks a Property Analyst on a fixed term contract.
You will manage leases, subleases, and tenancy records, coordinate maintenance, and support landlord interactions while ensuring accuracy in rent reviews and cost recoveries.
You should have at least 3 years in commercial/retail property, experience with lease management and SAP/Lease Eagle, and solid analytical and communication skills.
