Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a specialist area.
You will lead a team of 20+ and work closely with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden teams while reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager.
You will train and develop your team to deliver the Best Experience for customers, drive service and operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health
