Reece Group is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to identify and deliver new property opportunities across Australia and Current Zealand, from the first site conversation through to development approval and construction handover.
Reporting to the Design and Development Lead, you will manage the development process, assess opportunities, navigate planning requirements and ensure each site is fit for purpose while aligning with growth plans.
