JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
+ Assessing, planning, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care for residents
+ Administering medications and complex clinical treatments
+ Leading, supervising, and mentoring care staff including ENs and PCWs
+ Collaborating with doctors and families to develop individualised care plans
+ Managing clinical documentation and compliance
+ Monitoring residents for acute changes in health status and coordinating emergency responses

About the Candidate
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance, + Bachelor of Nursing
+ 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse
+ Current AHPRA Registration
