You will work with NDIS participants and private clients, supporting goals and quality of life across the lifespan.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the client's support system, observing behaviours of concern, creating and implementing behaviour support plans, and monitoring progress.
ORS offers learning, development, and adaptable work options within suburban offices and hybrid arrangements.
