Key responsibilities
Deliver architecturally designed residential projects from commencement through to completion
Take full ownership of the site as the number one on-site representative
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and in-house carpentry teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
Read and interpret drawings to ensure works are completed in line with design intent
Liaise directly with clients, architects, consultants and stakeholders throughout the build
Manage site diaries, material ordering and day-to-day site coordination
Maintain a professional site presence and uphold the company's reputation for quality delivery
About you
Certificate III in Carpentry is essential, with strong technical construction knowledge
Certificate IV in Building and Construction is preferred
Minimum five years of experience in a Site Supervisor / Foreman role
Proven experience delivering architecturally designed high-end residential projects from start to finish




Previous experience operating as the number one on site across luxury residential projects
Strong leadership skills with experience managing both direct labour and subcontract trades
Confident client-facing communicator with the ability to build robust stakeholder relationships
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site management
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
Current White Card
Own vehicle capable of carrying tools and supplies
