Lincoln Place is seeking a seasoned Tourism & Community Manager to lead operations across our Nambucca communities, covering short-stay and long-stay accommodation. You will oversee service standards, the resident and guest lifecycle, compliance, financial performance, facilities, WHS, and team leadership.
Based at Nambucca Heads, you will also support the development program through to late ****, partnering with the Development team on settlements, handovers and defect management.
