Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical excellence across a home in Victoria.
Reporting to the head of the home, you will draw on your clinical background to enhance residents' wellbeing and oversee clinic operations, stock, compliance and reporting.
You will train carers and nurses, manage budgets, and develop care programs to continuously improve outcomes for residents and their families.
