Job Description
Introduction: Randstad is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a small commercial organisation on a 9 months temporary contract. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative setting, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Entering invoices in the system
Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
Other administration & accounts duties where required
Experience Required




3+ years in the Accounts Payable domain
Experience in Pronto Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Other Requirements
Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
