About the Role
This role has true territory ownership within a designated geographical patch, delivering executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C; accounts.
It is responsible for maximising the distribution and availability of Red Bull products in line with Perfect Store standards and for representing the Red Bull brand at all times.
The role involves building relationships with third-party partners, customers and current business leads to drive wins across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of a designated geographical patch and deliver against key targets and metrics across Independent, corporate grocery and P&C; accounts.
Build close relationships with third-party partners to collaborate and deliver wins across the territory.
Master power selling sales techniques and embrace the Red Bull MVP mantra and values.
Strategically approach the defined territory, complete all allocated calls, and execute effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity.
Increase distribution width and depth in existing customers and convert new business leads in non-traditional channels.




Develop relationships with key customers and new business leads.
Drive in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards and executional excellence.
Win 'cold can' and cashier placement in all channels.
Increase product distribution and availability in all channels while enhancing Red Bull's share of space in-store using category insights.
Presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across corporate and independent accounts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
2+ years sales experience.
Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.
Strong selling skills, including negotiation and objection handling, and commercial awareness.
Naturally organised and high attention to detail, with the ability to work alone and in a team.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
A valid and full driver's licence.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Preferred Skills
FMCG experience is preferred but not essential.
