Silverchain is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service in Western Australia. You will deliver high-quality home-based care, with a focus on complex symptom management and quality of life for life-limited clients and their families.
The role involves shifts across days and evenings, with potential weekend work. AHPRA registration, WWCC, and a current Australian driver's licence are required.
