About the Role
Join Integrated Care as Project Manager and help shape better services across CALHN.
Lead projects from scoping to evaluation
Analyse data and feedback to drive service improvements
Advise leaders and track risks, milestones and outcomes
Embed Safe and Connected practices and lasting solutions
About You
You'll bring strong project expertise,



sound judgement and a collaborative approach to deliver meaningful improvements across Integrated Care.
Proven project planning, delivery and evaluation skills
Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent report writing, presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of risk management, safety and quality principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
