Provide hands-on registered nursing care in residential aged care
Assign duties across the shift according to staff skill mix
Handle problems under pressure and resolve them effectively
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Must currently reside in Australia holding full work rights (PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 visa or 485 graduate visa)
Australian experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally at least 1 year
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Strong problem solving under pressure and delegating tasks to suit the shift skill mix
