Ability Action Australia is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner for our North Lakes office.
You will join a multidisciplinary team to support NDIS participants in the North Brisbane region, starting February ****, with a mix of home and clinic/community work.
You will assess, plan and implement behaviour support strategies, develop plans with families, and monitor progress while maintaining a agile caseload and a commitment to reducing restrictive practices.
